You may access and use the Website to purchase Products listed thereon by Us from time to time.

Any violation of our trademarks will be liable for legal action. All items purchased from Graamyam.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Product Descriptions

Graamyam.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Graamyam.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Graamyam.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product and international shipping charges, unless specified otherwise in the Shipping Fees.

With respect to items sold on Graamyam.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Graamyam.com.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees or U.S. Dollars. You can choose to view in your preferred currency using the currency selection feature. The price in the currency that you have selected is the price determined by graamyam.com. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank / credit card provider on the date of billing.

Shipping

All of Graamyam orders are shipped door-to-door from our stockroom in Cochin, India to your provided shipping address via reputed Courier Service. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days. Dispatch happens on all days, except Sundays and Public Holidays (of India).

Shipping destinations offered by graamyam.com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.

We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

Our courier will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility, provided after you confirm an order. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call Customer Service of courier service at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Duties and Taxes

All of Graamyam orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Cochin, India to your provided shipping address via Courier Service. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our courier service provider to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from the courier service provider for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery. Graamyam takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Product Properties and Wash Care

All of Graamyam.com’s products are handcrafted using the finest natural materials. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand moulding, hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect – handmade by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Colours: We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade.

Billing and Payment

1. Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee or other charge. We may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.

3. You must notify Us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 30 (thirty) days after charges first appear on their account statement. If it is not brought to Our attention within 30 (thirty) days, You agree to waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies.
4. In respect of purchases made on the Website, you hereby acknowledge and agree that refund requests will be as per the terms of this Terms of Use.

Graamyam enables online verification and authorisation of payments through the CCAvenue payment gateway (www.ccavenue.com). Graamyam.com is a Verisign secured site with 128 bit SSL encryption.

The following payment methods are accepted through the CCAvenue payment gateway:

1. Credit Cards: Domestic and International Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.
2. Debit Cards: Debit cards issued by most of the major banks.
3. Net banking: We allow net banking transactions from nearly 50 major Indian banks.

6. Wallets (Freecharge, airtel money, amazon pay, phonePe, Amex ezeClick, Oxygen, Olamoney, jio money, citi bank reward points, ItzCash, Paycash, HDFC PayZapp)

Note: Your billing amount will be shown in Indian Rupees on the payment gateway. This is equivalent to your order value.

Return, Exchanges & Refunds

Graamyam will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to fill out a Returns and Exchanges form which is available on the website under Returns and Exchanges link. Once we receive your paperwork and returned goods, we will ship your replacement free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the original credit card depending on your preference. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the return address.

Before you return a Graamyam product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handcrafted products by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

In spite of these variables, at Graamyam we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

Return Policy

Graamyam reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:

1. You can return/exchange in 30 days after date of delivery, But under the condition that graamyam customer service is intimated within 10 days of delivery of the goods to your address.
2. Graamyam will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
3. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address
4. Please note that all products must be sent to our office in Cochin, India.
5. Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item unless there is a defect or is different from its description.

Claiming Refund

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking:

As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Graamyam has erroneously sent you a wrong item / colour / size.

Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

1. Genuine quality issues.
2. Packages lost in transit.
3. In case Graamyam discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
4. In case Graamyam discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
5. In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above. In such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

1. In case of minor design and colour variations. With handcrafted products there will always be some variation between products.
2. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
3. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
4. After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
5. Package refused by recipient.
6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
