Returns and Exchanges
Graamyam products are packed with a lot of care, using environmentally sustainable materials to ensure the products reach customers safely and minimise impact to environment. In rare cases of receiving products damaged during transit, Graamyam will refund/replace the product.
Please send us photos of the damaged product, preferably along with an unpacking video, within 48 hours of receiving the product to facilitate Graamyam team to process your request.
If a customer is not happy with the quality of our product, they can request a return/replacement. The customer who wants to return/replace the product should alert us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Before you return a Graamyam product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, making each product unique and slightly different from each other. We make all the efforts to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Let’s not think of an irregular weave, print, or stitch as a defect. Handcrafted products, by definition, mean a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Refund, Replacement and Return Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
- Any request for refund/replacement/return needs to be intimated to Graamyam by the customer within 48 hours of delivery of the goods to your address.
- To initiate the refund/replacement/return process, the customer must share an image of the product and let us know the reasons for refund/ replacement/return.
- If you claim a refund for a product damaged in transit, please include proof of damage in transit, like an unboxing video. Share the images/video to 9995894111 or email us at contact@graamyam.com. A member of our team will be there to answer your queries between 10 am to 6 pm, except on Sundays.
- In the case of products damaged during transit, Graamyam will replace the product free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods using the same payment method as used for online shopping. This is also applicable to products lost in transit. Money will be refunded using your original payment method.
- In the case of the return of products, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the products back to us within 15 days after the delivery date.
- Customers must pay for the shipping costs (except where Graamyam has erroneously sent you the wrong item/colour /size) to return the goods to our office address in Kochi, India, as noted below.

- Replacement/refund will only be made after we receive the returned shipment and our office staff approves the product (except if the package has been lost in transit).
- Once returns are received by us and after our quality checks, you will receive store credit/voucher, which you can redeem for your next purchase. The credit/voucher can be used within six months without any limitations.
- Graamyam reserves the right to reject returns from any customer in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than three occasions in a financial year.
- Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable item unless there is a defect or it differs from its description
Refunds will only be done in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- Packages lost in transit.
- If Graamyam discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue, the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
- In case Graamyam discovers that the wrong item has been shipped to you.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Refund/ replacement/return will not be provided for any used products. After 48 hours of delivery, the product is considered as used.
- With handcrafted products, there will always be some variation between products; Graamyam does not consider minor design and colour variations as damage.
- In case of an incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.
- Incorrect address format, including any form of PO Box address/Incorrect contact number.
- After three failed delivery attempts by the courier agency.
- The recipient refused the package, without a valid reason.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition/ without original packaging and bills.
