Shipping & Delivery
All of Graamyam orders are shipped door-to-door from our stockroom in Kochi, India to your provided shipping address via reputed Courier Services. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post. Once we receive the order, we will despatch the order within 5-6 working days (excluding Sunday and public holidays).
Despatch happens on all days, except Sundays and Public Holidays (of India).
Graamyam uses 3rd party courier services and is not liable for delays in shipping. We share the approximate number of days required for delivery. We also extend the best support possible to ensure that the products reach customers as soon as possible.
Shipping destinations offered by graamyam.com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online.
We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realise this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
You can track the package with the tracking details we share with you after we despatch your order. Our courier partner will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order. They will also try to contact the customer at the mobile number provided at the time of purchase. you make three attempts to contact the customer. Please note that the customer needs to respond to calls from the delivery partner; they may be calling to confirm your location or to verify the OTP shared in your mobile number before delivery.
If the delivery agent does not receive any response from the customer after three attempts, they will mark your order as Return to Origin (RTO). We are not responsible if the customer does not respond to calls made by the delivery partner or share OTP after they try to contact the given mobile number.
We make every effort to ensure the products you ordered reach you safely and without delay. So please respond to messages/calls from the Graamyam Team to clear any issues on delivery
If the order is marked as RTO, the courier agency will return the product to our Kochi office. We will only issue a refund after verifying that we receive the products without any damage. Refund will be made after deducting to and fro shipping charges from the customer.
Cancellation Request
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will do so. Your payment amount will be refunded to your account/card within 3-4 working days. If your request reaches us beyond 24 hours (or after packing), a transaction fee of 10% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancellation is not possible once we ship the product.
The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order cancellation request.
Duties & Taxes
All of Graamyam orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Cochin, India to your provided shipping address via Courier Service. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our courier service provider to clear customs for your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from the courier service provider for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery. Graamyam takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
